The Northlanders Chorus will spend the day enjoying time and riding rides with their teammates, and then they will perform two songs to be judged and scored by a panel of music professionals. At the Carowinds Festival of Music, they will experience healthy competition and the thrill of performing outside of their community, sharing their hard-earned skills and musical prowess. By participating in this trip, my students will experience the wonder in performing music for others as well as be reminded once again the importance of teamwork.
