My special education students require a variety of ways to help them with writing. It's amazing the things they will write when given a white board or a magnadoodle board versus paper and pencil. The problem is they break my dry erase markers too frequently so the magnadoodle boards work great!! We like to do small groups, daily, where we focus on reading, math and writing. If my students prefer to write on magnadoodle boards and feel successful in their writing, I want to be able to provide that for them. By donating to our project, I can provide a classroom set of magnadoodle boards with accessories that can be used during small and large groups and no student will have to wait their turn. The more variety my special education students can have in writing materials, the more success they will have.
