Do you remember a time where a ​gym was a daily event? How about 30 minutes for a recess? With so much to accomplish, those days are long behind us. We now have 15 minutes recesses and gym only twice a week. We will use these innovative chairs to get our physical needs met while we also meet our mental needs. The requested ball chairs will help to straighten our backs, align our spine and strengthen our core. This is all while simultaneously helping students to be engaged mentally within the classroom! These ball chairs will help my students get the physical exercise they need while continuing to engage in classroom instruction. I have many students that have a hard time concentrating simply because they need to wiggle. While I regularly take quick exercise breaks, these chairs will help my students continue to physically engage when breaks are not always possible.
