As Occupational Therapists at Aspire Public Schools in Oakland, during the COVID-19 school closures, we are challenged with the task of continuing to provide services virtually to our special education scholars. Since Occupational Therapy is an activity based intervention, in therapy sessions students participate in therapeutic activity, designed to be engaging and fun for a child. To enable us to provide quality interventions within the scholars' home, we would like to prepare "OT Tool Kits" for each of the 60+ scholars that we serve. Our scholars and their families need your donation in this difficult time. Please help them to continue the amazing progress they have made so far in this school year.
