A classroom environment should be welcoming, safe, motivating, and highly conducive to learning. With a large classroom carpet comprised of individual squares, each student will have a comfortable spot of their own upon the floor to enjoy our morning meeting, story time, and other learning activities. Its colorful nature will provide a warmth to the classroom. This carpet will help to build a sense of community, improve students' ability to focus on the instruction and lesson being presented by their close proximity to me or another instructor, and allow for strategic placement of students in regards to their individual needs.
