We are in need of a classroom display easel for our reader's and writer's workshops. As a teacher, I will model writing strategies and how to complete a writing a project on the easel. We will record class discussions and brainstorm sessions on the easel as well. Students will use public speaking skills to share their writing projects on the easel. Students will also take turns being the class model "writer" and show the class how to write a specific assignment. The teacher and students will greatly benefit from having an easel in our classroom to support our learning needs.
