My students are prepping for life after high school. By giving them the tools they need, my Lifetime Nutrition and Wellness and/or Culinary Arts students will have the knowledge and hands-on experience they need to "do life" in a way that aligns with their goals. Do they want to create healthy, well-rounded meals on the tight budget of a college student? Perhaps they want to create therapeutic diets for children, elders, or individuals living with diabetes? They may even go to a well-respected Culinary School and be the head chef at your favorite upscale restaurant! By supplying our classroom lab with equipment they will use in a commercial kitchen, we are not only increasing their familiarity with the use of such equipment, but reinforcing sanitation and food safety principles. Please help us create a lab that gives them the opportunity to not only practically apply learned principles, but also to give them VISION for their future!

About my class
