The entire student body will benefit from the purchase of a new sound system including speakers, sound board and microphones with a A15 Phonic 1860 PA/Monitor Package. Students that work to accomplish memorization of spaeaking parts will be heard well in performances. Songs that have two part voices will be well balanced between the melody and harmony in performances. This will also provide more opportunities to produce plays and musicals for our school. Proper projection of student voices will allow the audience members to enjoy our students presentations through the performing arts program. Students will be able to hear the correct rhythms and melodic contour with sound monitors pointing towards the stage risers from the musical accompaniment and therefore will hold more confidence while performing with proper rehearsal and practice techniques. Parents and community advocates will enjoy celebrating the success of our students to encourage them as life-long learners through exploration of the performing arts.
