In a Computer Lab filled with 25 plus students it gets pretty noisy. Add the scratchy speakers of 25+ computers and laptops giving instruction to students to complete assignments. Giving students headphones can help students focus on their own assignments and instructions from their own computer. We are currently working coding on code.org. Students are on various lessons which have different videos to watch and directions to listen to. Students have been complaining about hearing other students computers then complaining about not hearing their own. This then turns into a battle of putting their computer speakers to the highest volume. Let's lesson these battles and help students focus on their own computer and sound.
