My students need windbreaker jackets and sports bags to stay warm and remain active during outdoor organized team sports.
The windbreaker jackets will allow them to stay warm and dry by resisting wind chill and light rain during practices and games.
Fleeces will keep them dry and warm which will help them focus on their practices and games, remain physically active longer and achieve more. The sports bags will help them carry their uniforms and personal belonging to practices and games. If they have sports bags, they do not have to carry their uniform and personal belonging in plastic bags anymore.
Organized sports team give them the opportunity to be exposed and interact with diverse communities. It will help them not only academically but emotionally as well. It will enhance social interaction, enhance sports skills, keep their mind busy in a positive way, increase self-esteem, gives them a sense of belonging, and most important will keep them off the streets.
