We need specialty art materials to create throughout the year. My students will be able to create several projects using the materials I have chosen. These projects will help their artwork look more professional and our displays will be more bold. My students compete in local art contests and shows, the Cricut will help our art displays be more eye catching and give them a boost! I plan to use the tiles for a project exploring Middle Eastern art and radial balance. The foundation for any young artist is drawing, with a large group like I have, drawing paper is necessary in bulk. Lastly, the raffia we will use to create Massai warrior shields in celebration of Black History Month.
