My students join me on the floor for morning meetings each day. We celebrate things we are good at, we talk about our goals for the day, we share good news from home, and we read stories from our favorite authors. Having a new, colorful rug in our meeting spot will excite the kids! It’s bright colors match the cheery colors already in our classroom. Unfortunately, we don’t have a meeting rug at this time, and I am sure that we need this one to make us feel right at home in our classroom! I know the boys and girls will love it!
