These materials will be put to use and well loved immediately in our classroom. Our school just underwent a large amazingly gorgeous remodel. My previous classroom has had carpet and therefore no need for a rug. The students are missing their cozy place to gather as a whole group. We'd also use the rug for small groups and simply to take their work to when they'd rather not sit at their table. They've helped me pick out the rug and all agreed a colorful rug is what we'd like best. We've also added curtain rods and hooks to hang our anchor charts up so that we can refer back to our learning often from anywhere in the room.
