The document camera would be a huge help in displaying student work through the projector onto the board. When going over homework or classwork, students benefit from seeing a visual representation of what is being discussed. This camera would allow for the entire class to see an enlarged version of the document to help facilitate whole group discussions. Chart paper is useful everyday for students working in pairs or small groups to record their work together and present it to the whole class. In addition, these charts can be kept and posted around the room to reference throughout the year, helping students to apply old experiences to new concepts.
