My dream for my classroom is to create a comfortable learning environment where my students are able to relax and learn at the same time. The assortment of seating will allow my students to choose what makes them comfortable therefore increasing the time that they are engaged with text. The flashlights and stick on lights will be used by the students when we turn off the lights so that they have plenty of light to read by. These items will allow my students to forget about the struggles and challenges that face them outside the classroom, and allow them to more fully engage with their reading.
