New high-interest fiction and non-fiction books will greatly enhance our classroom library. Our students are given daily independent reading time where they get to choose books that interest them and new books will help keep the interest going. We have found a good selection of fiction and non-fiction books at AKJ Education. As teachers, we constantly ask our students to not just build strong reading habits, but also build an overall love of reading. We strongly feel that receiving a new batch of high-interest books would help facilitate this goal. All of the books have been selected with our students' diverse backgrounds and long-term goals in mind.
