As artists, reflecting on your work is almost as important as creating the work in itself. Musicians have the daunting task of creating and reflecting at the same time. Accomplishing both of these skills at the same time is extremely difficult for students and is extremely important in a school setting. The Zoom H6 Voice Recorder will allow me to quickly record my band and play their performance back to them. At this point of the learning process, students will be able to peer asses their work and then work together to create a viable solution to make their performance better. By donating to my project, students will be able to reflect on their learning in the moment daily. if students can hear their performance and understand what went well and what could be better on their own, the reflection and adjusting process will be so much stronger and deeper.
