I am high school English teacher that works in a Title I eligible school. I teach English and English electives in the magnet school that focuses on law and law enforcement. 99% of the students are bussed in from less favorable locations/schools in the area. Our school is struggling with the budget cuts and lack of resources to assist in enriching the learning environment of our students. The simplest of materials and supplies can and will go a long way for our students. Donors generosity gives our students a sense of hope and appreciation because complete strangers, to them, care about their educational experiences.

About my class
