We have an amazing kitchen lab in which to work! The equipment is brand new and top notch. About 150 students pass through here on a daily basis, baking and cooking. I am trying to teach them to treat the equipment, tools, ingredients, themselves and each other with respect. I also want my students to have fun! My goal is to teach my students techniques that will further their interest in cooking and baking, while incorporating science, math and literacy into the curriculum.
