Our school is a low performing high school located in Philadelphia. Most of my students live at or below the poverty level. They are a talented group of students who suffer from low self esteem. My class is designed to show them that they can be successful and in the past they have been. This year however due to budget cuts there is little or no money for the supplies we need to make prints. As a photographer there is nothing better than seeing your work in print and hanging on a wall, this year I have been unable to provide that for my students. Not having a budget for supplies is really hampering my program.
