Today's youth often struggle with obesity and maintaining proper fitness levels. Using new technology and music will enable us to engage them in activities they may other wise not be interested in participating in. I have seen how something as simple as adding music to an activity can increase the students' interest in participating. Students are more engaged when music is incorporated into the various fitness activities that are used in class. This PA system will be used to help increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and many other health components. This PA System will serve our students in many different capacities.

About my class
