Students in rural Maine, where more than 1/3 of my students come from low-income households, need new art supplies in their schools. These materials will help all students in grades pk-5 have access to good-quality art materials, necessary for creative self-expression. We need new, basic materials in bulk quantity: class packs of colored pencils, paint, paper, crayons, pastels and markers. I teach art to nearly 500 students at two rural Maine schools. I recently inherited both classrooms and basic supplies are very limited. Quality materials help students use their creative voice with confidence. I'd love your support!
