As first graders, we spend a lot of time learning together as a group; reading stories aloud, chanting spelling words and skip-counting on the hundreds chart. My students love to listen to stories, and as they’re listening they’re gaining valuable skills for both reading and writing. We need a comfortable space to gather where every child has their own little area where they can participate without getting dirty or uncomfortable from the hard tile floor. A new rug would brighten up our space and help my students to focus and better learn reading, writing, math and so much more! Thank you for providing this necessary learning tool for my students!
