I teach 4th grade Math and Science at a title 1, bottom 300 hundred school. I'm asking for headphones to put in my classroom that allow each student a chance to hear their lessons online. By having the headphones on hand the day they walk in class, I hope to create an environment where the main school supply they need is no longer needing to be purchased by them. I want my students to love the activities we do on the computer and I want them to be able to hear the lessons at the same time (Both Math and Science). Many times kids are asked to complete an assignment on the computer and their reason for not doing the assignment is often that they "could not hear it" or that they "do not have a pair of headphones"; I want the opposite in my classroom. If I am gifted these headphones, I promise to increase the learning environment. Thank you for supporting out classrooms!
