This class is a self-contained classroom for K-2 students with moderate cognitive disabilities. These are kiddos who need a very specific learning environment at school, and we do our best to provide a space that feels safe and inviting for all of them to learn each day. Students in this room have diverse needs, and so I work to differentiate content to meet them where they are. Everyday is an adventure, but I wouldn't want it any other way. These kids are amazing and make me proud every day to be their teacher!
