It's no surprise that teachers create most of the materials used in the classroom. In my classroom, teacher-made activities account for quite a bit of student-used materials in workstations for reading, science, and math. Due to budget cuts, my classroom is in need of ink cartridges to keep our printer going strong. This ink cartridge will allow me to continue to print out books and other materials for my bright, eager third graders to use in class. My students love showing off how hard they worked on their writing! Their eyes light up when they see their writing typed and printed out and displayed for all to see. With a little amount of ink, it is hard to make this a reality. I often have to tell my students that we don't have enough ink to last the school year as it is. With this ink, I will be able to print our their writing, as well as all my math and reading resources!
