Each student will have their own individual white board. This helps the students work out certain problems on their own, in a quick manner, especially during whole group instruction. It helps me do a quick check by allowing me to walk around and see their work and quickly move to the next question without using notebook paper. It's more engaging and reduces the amount of paper we use! The timer is helpful because it helps my students to visually see the time allowed for certain assignments and helps keep them on task. This is especially helpful for those students who have a hard time staying on task.
