The students in my class use a program called Read 180. Read 180 is an intensive reading intervention program designed to improve skills and raise test scores. Read 180 requires students to listen and speak into the program while reading. My students need headphones and bookshelves to fully access the Read 180 program. I do not have a classroom set and not all of my students can afford to purchase them independently. This class is based solely on this computer program. My students also need bookshelves in order to have access to the novels that come along with the program. Right now, half of the books are in boxes because we do not have the shelf space to put the books out. Please help my students be successful in the classroom.
