The materials I am requesting will be utilized in my pre-k through 5th grade special education classroom. All of these items will be used to differentiate math instruction to an amazingly diverse group of learners. Early math instant learning centers and roll and the solve place value game will make learning fun for students. Research has consistently shown that kids learn best when engaged in learning games! Math start stories will be used to make math concepts like addition and subtraction, measuring, probability and geometry more practical and accessible to children and show how we use math in our everyday lives. Our visualize math write and wipe boards make it easy to visualize number concepts while developing skills in operations & algebraic thinking, base 10 and modeling. The best part about this project is that the students are EXCITED about these materials and hopeful that we will be getting them in our classroom. Please help us make our classroom more fun and hands on!
