Since I was in elementary school, the classrooms have changed quite a bit. One aspect that has changed is flexible seating. Flexible seating has been used to give students the opportunity to make choices in the room to best fit their needs. Students are able to choose their seating based on what will help them to focus and be the most productive. By providing my students with your donation to my flexible seating fund, you are providing them with an option and promoting their learning environment. Being a new teacher, my classroom would benefit greatly from these additions and allow my student to feel more comfortable and safe in the classroom.
