If this project gets fully funded, I intend to use the class sets for independent station work. I would love to divide class time so that students have the opportunity to learn on their own by building with these hands on sets. Having the opportunity to learn from their mistakes will be a benefit of the materials that were selected. The Chain Reaction sets, Earthquake Simulators, and Magnetic Blocks allow students to build and test their designs over and over again to understand the science behind why their design was successful or not. I am anticipating using the Supply Caddies and Bug counters to help my younger classes stay organized and ready to learn!
