The resources we need for this project are portable Keyboards and protection plans for them. My students ask me everyday if they can learn to play instruments, piano specifically. These keyboards will help with keeping them entertained as well as helping them broaden their minds. It will also teach them discipline by promoting accountability in taking learning the skill seriously. It will also introduce them to something they aren't introduced to on a daily basis. The students have a yearn to learn piano and it is my duty to do the best I can to fulfill their hunger. I want them to know that I am open to all suggestions and requests so that, in exchange, we can build relationships and create a positive environment. These keyboards will also help in teaching musical notes, pitch, harmony and many other things that are required to be covered in the curriculum by the state.
