These cushions will help the students spread out around the room when working independently, with a partner, or in a group. Students love working in different areas of the classroom and the cushions will allow them the comfort without having to sit on a hard, dirty tile floor. In the past I have had 4 pillows that the students fought over and ultimately they ripped after a years worth of use. With 9 cushions, more students will have the option of sitting on the floor whether it's working it's on a math or ELA website, reading a book, or playing a game with a partner. They will feel like the classroom is their home and an inviting place to expand their horizons.
