By donating to our project you will help students learn the value of communication between a team, that the work done backstage is just as important as onstage and that you can have a career in technical theatre. The wireless intercom sets will be used by our student run tech crews in order to communicate sound, light, backdrop and mic cues. Currently the students have to run back and forth during a live show in order to trouble shoot problems that arise during the production. My goal is that the students will experience what it is like to work on a technical stage crew and view it as a viable career option.
