In the early childhood classroom, carpet time is a paramount aspect of our day. With 23 students, it is difficult to fit everyone on our current classroom rug. This new carpet time rug will allow all of my students to have a space to learn and be able to successfully participate in instructional activities. This carpet will allow my students to learn, grow, and achieve together. It will also create a “family like” atmosphere that is crucial in a learning environment. Harmony in the classroom builds a bond and unity between the teacher, student, and their classmates. Harmony is achieved when all students are included. This resource will build togetherness and harmony in our classroom and create bonds that have no boundaries.
