This upcoming school year will include art with visual, performing and technical components woven throughout. Students will be able to make films and short clips using iPads, and we will use the Cricut to add pieces to our backgrounds to help illustrate or use subtitles. Additionally, we will create stop-motion movies and students can use Cricut cut-outs to help illustrate their movies. We can also use the Cricut to add details to our watercolor collages for our animal biomes. For example, we could add coral or ocean plants in the background of our shark projects. Having students choose what they want to include in their artwork will help them be more engaged in their learning. The products that I have chosen will give us a great foundational starting point for these projects. Students will be able to use these tools for many years to come!
