Providing students with flexible seating will allow them to have a sense of comfort. Students who are comfortable tend to pay more attention and become more productive throughout the day. “Every student can learn, just not on the same day or in the same way”, George Evans. Using the comfortable pillows, floor cushions, and the comfy floor seats provides a comfortable environment; creating a sense of calmness and productivity. Flexible seating will also give students an opportunity to make a choice. These kiddos are beginning to learn how to have a voice, this will provide ample opportunities for choice making.
