Student attendance is fairly low. In efforts to increase the school's overall attendance, we are exploring attendance incentives on a micro and macro level within our school. One of the incentives require a popcorn machine. Every month, the classrooms with the highest attendance for that month, per grade level, will receive a Popcorn & Movie day. The class would be allowed to watch movies and eat popcorn as an incentive for having the best attendance for that month. The material will be used to contribute to the making and distribution of the popcorn during the movie time. The popcorn machine could also be used at Perfect Attendance reward celebrations amongst other events.
