My students come from all over Baltimore City and attend a neighborhood high school. They are bright and eager to learn - some take as many as 3 buses and travel over an hour to get to school every single day. My 10th graders are at a crucial age in which they face pressures from the city they live in, their home lives and school. It is so incredibly important for them to obtain an education and attend school every day so that they can one day go on to college and become successful adults.

About my class
