These knife sets are the fundamental basics needed to help students learn the art of cooking. Some of the students that take my Home Economics class are looking to learn the skills to better help their own families at home, learn how to take care of themselves or to harvest an interest within themselves to start the process of a culinary pathway. Some of these students could start their professional pathway by the inspiration given in this class. I have the passion and the encouragement to help students fulfill their academic, professional and social skills in my classroom. Some students take this class simply because they are hungry, some take it so they can help their families, others are interested in making it a career. Whatever the goal of the students, I know that I can help them to live a better life!

About my class
