As my scholars prepare to return back to school for face-to-face instruction, I want to ensure that the learning environment is one that safeguards our health and overall well-being. Many of my scholars will experience challenges with attaining the necessary basic supplies such as masks, sanitizer, etc. Therefore, these materials and supplies will give scholars and their families one less thing to worry about; but more importantly, these supplies will help us minimize the spreading of germs and airborne pathogens. In doing so, we will collectively alleviate some of the anxiety and fears associated with returning back to school during a pandemic and be able to focus more on instruction and creating positive educational experiences.
