Next year I want to implement flexible seating. I think students should be able to sit the way that will allow them to focus best on their learning! Traditional seating is not best for all students. I believe many of my students will benefit from being able to sit on a yoga ball, wobble chair, scoop chair or standing. They can sit at a desk or use a clipboard to write on while sitting in the classroom library. There is no reason that they should not be able to be given the choice to learn the way that is best for them. We are also asking for book bins for our book choices. With your help, I hope to help all my students have many different choices to enhance their learning!
