Many of the titles selected below are brand new books that my students have never seen before. Many of my students might never get the opportunity to see and read these titles. That is a shame because there are many great life lessons that can be learned and taught from these texts. The titles that I selected are all relevant to the daily lives of my students, as well as being at or slightly above their reading level to continue their reading growth and development. I want my students to be challenged academically with reading while also finding joy and comfort in a new story that they can relate with personally. These books have also received many positive reviews from librarians, teachers, and consumers in the short amount of time that they have been released. There is a need for great literature at a young age, and it is great to see so many books being published to reach this age group. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for considering donating these wonderful books to my amazing young scholars!
