Adding music into the classroom opens a world of possibility for students. Music is a language that everyone understands and provides a level of engagement that can otherwise be overlooked. Music and art in the classroom allows all students the opportunity to be successful. There is music in every child; the teacher’s job is to find it and nurture it. -Frances Clark Through various art items and a rolling cart, I will be able to set up a Musical Maker Space for students. With the help of a touch-less tablet and recording microphone, students will be able to record and edit videos and songs to correlate with our curriculum. These resources will open doors for my musically inclined students and will ensure they have the tools necessary to be successful within my classroom!
