A new laptop and document camera would allow me to fully utilize the amazing Promethean Board that I am lucky enough to have in my classroom already. The laptop that we currently use often has technical issues that interupt the lesson. It prevents me from maximizing the functionality of the Promethean Board. In addition, a document camera would allow me to highlight and analyze student work to further understanding. It is a fantastic tool to have in any middle school math classroom. This technology update would truly benefit my students by fostering increased engagement and student interaction in the classroom.
