The 3-drawer storage carts will help my students become and stay organized. With students sitting at tables rather than desks, they do not have a safe space to keep their schools supplies other than their book bags. With these storage carts, every group will have the opportunity to store their notebooks, binders, and class text books rather than having to carry everything everyday. As they practice their organization in the classroom, they will be able to bring those practiced skills to their home, something many student's parents are seeking. My students will also be able to know what organization looks like when they see the plastic file boxes. These file boxes will be used to keep student assignments and intervention work. The students will have the opportunity to take and put back any work that belongs to them, which gives them a responsibility of maintaining the boxes organized.
