Technology is such a huge part of our world these days, whether we want it to be or not. My first graders are required to take online standardized tests, as well as do fifteen minutes of a math program every day. Many of my students are just learning to read in first grade, therefore, they need headphones so that they can have the questions read to them rather than trying to read them by themselves. The headphones we currently have are very old and most of them either don't work at all, or they only have sound on one side, or they have a short in them and the sound cuts in and out.
