Through this machine called the Cricut, the students would create art and that art work would be printed on the tshirts and other items such as art aprons, cards and posters. This would be a great way for students to share art with the community for their enjoyment as well as the students proudly showing off work and students would learn a new skill with technology. This machine called the Cricut could also be used school wide for fundraisers that would support the art program by printing on different items for selling purposes. The other materials chosen are materials these students haven't had a chance to experience before, this being a very low income population of students I would like to make sure they get the most exposure to different types of art mediums in the classroom setting. Please help fund this project, these students need a way to proudly display their art work and reach the community, while learning about technology.
