My students need all items to play volleyball With so much technology around, kids aren’t out playing and exercising. We hope to gain students’ interest in volleyball. This intramural team would meet once or twice a week after school. They would play matches against each other. After learning about the game, friendly competition could be facilitated through tournament play. A lot of students do not have exposure to sports prior to middle and high school. Some students may be amazing athletes, but never find their place due to this lack of exposure. An intramural team would help with team building skills and hopefully guide some students to finding an active hobby or passion!
