It is my goal to create a space where students are able to work together productively and comfortably. All of my students participate in project based learning that requires working together in unique ways. Collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking are the 4 C's that are critical to our young learners! Students are asked to engage in academic discourse that encourages the exchange of ideas and strategies as well as seeking to understand the ideas of others. Wobble chairs, balance ball chairs, stadium seats, and lap desks promote attention and engagement. They allows students to learn in a space that best suites their diverse needs. I need to create an innovative space for students to work together!
